Welcome to the official website of the CANBERRA FITNESS EXPO , a two-day celebration of strength, endurance, and fitness held at EPIC Arena, ACT. By purchasing a ticket, attending the event, accessing the livestream, or participating as a vendor, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Event Overview

The CANBERRA FITNESS EXPO (“the Event”) features:

• Bodybuilding

• CrossFit

• Strongman

• Power lifting

• Brazilian jiu Jitsu

• Pro wrestling

2. Tickets and Admission

• All attendees must hold a valid ticket for entry.

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise under our Refund Policy (see Section 9).

• You must present valid ID upon entry.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

3. Livestream Access

• Livestream access is ticketed separately or included in select passes.

• Sharing or rebroadcasting the livestream without written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Competitor Participation

• All competitors must register in advance and agree to separate athlete waivers.

• Event staff reserve the right to disqualify any participant for misconduct or unsafe behaviour.

5. Vendor Terms

• Vendors must comply with all venue and health regulations.

• The organiser is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of vendor property.

• All food vendors must present a current ACT Food Safety Certificate.

6. Code of Conduct

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

• Attendees must comply with instructions from event staff and security.

• We reserve the right to remove individuals from the premises without refund for breaches of conduct.

7. Photography and Media

• By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

• Event footage may be used for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.

• Personal professional photography and filming is not permitted.

8. Health and Safety

• You attend the Event at your own risk.

• First aid will be available onsite; however, the organiser is not responsible for injuries sustained during the event, unless due to proven negligence.

• Attendees with known medical conditions should consult a physician before participating in any physical activity.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled in full.

• If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the new date.

• Partial refunds or exchanges are at the organiser’s discretion and subject to a request in writing.

10. Changes to Event Program

• The organiser reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the schedule (including competitions or vendor appearances) without prior notice.

• Changes will be communicated via the event website and official social media channels.

11. Liability Disclaimer

• The organiser accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while attending the event.

• Attendance and participation are voluntary and at your own risk.

• You indemnify the organiser against any claims arising from your conduct at the event.

12. Venue Policies

• EPIC Arena policies apply and will be enforced in addition to these terms.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

• Alcohol may be served and must be consumed responsibly by patrons aged 18+.
